Pros

good location good office facilities flexibility regarding personal matters occasional interesting project

Cons

The headline summarizes it - bloated management layer with narrow vision. Makes one wonder if there's anyone among the management whose interests extend beyond their own advantage. Lack of respect and lack of competent leadership provides for the environment that is often insulting to a professional. They will spend hours preaching the semantics of words such as value and quality, but in the end they will suppress any initiative from within that would suggest improvement thereof, as if threatened by it.

Pros

Management cares about employees. There is a clear path to advance in your position (if you are interested). The pay is more than fair. On a regular basis, I'm asked if I like what I'm doing. Hard work is both recognized and rewarded. The pace is fast and the projects are diverse. Personal growth happens on its own. I'm a much better developer now than I was when I was hired. The fast pace and diverse nature of the projects can be challenging. It does foster growth, but it can be difficult constantly changing stacks. It's really hard to call this a con -- mostly calling this out because I've met developers throughout my career who only want to do one thing. In my experience, that attitude isn't a good fit with this organization. You have to be willing to stretch, but as I mentioned earlier in this section, your hard work will be rewarded. For what it's worth, I'm sure if you went to management and told them you were overwhelmed by the pace that they would alleviate the burden and work with you. Co-workers are AWESOME! Everyone here is super nice to work with, friendly and encouraging. All around good people, from the front desk up to the CEO. It's a great place to work!

Cons

I have to enter at least five words here. There are no cons though.
