- the CEO is always watching thru the security cameras, and WILL call, regardless of whats going on in the store to complain.
- No PTO
- your Opinions do not matter
- there are PAY CAPS for each position, so if you are hired at the cap, you will never receive a raise
- All of management are afraid of telling the CEO no. you will hear "The Boss gets what the Boss wants" on a weekly basis.
- you will be fielding complaints about prices frequently, the company does not care. they will fire you if you bring it up.
- The Company has no real direction for the future.
- the Return policy is absolute trash, so bad we post it on the counter, but are instructed to never speak about it unless they ask.
