      Pros

      Great culture with meaningful work that has is really impacting peoples lives. We feel our robotic surgery simulation has a big impact on surgical performance and the quality of care patients receive.

      Cons

      We are always short on bandwidth. As such, we work very hard (but play hard too). Definitely need to expand out team!
