- innovative product - company open to try different things to be seen - international environment
Cons
- there are two CEOs. It takes a very long time for decisions to be made and it's a constant power struggle between the two - salaries below market prices - very little business knowledge inside the company - too many pointless meetings without action points - big egos and hubris in management
