Within one week of being hired, I was told that my manager had "overspent" on wages. First of all, they are paying me bare minimum wage. Second of all, most customers that come through spend what I would make in that entire shift. It is extremely disheartening. Lastly, why would they employ me, just to cut my shifts to once a week? If they have enough people who are willing to work, why would they add me on?
