Awesome place to work - Quality Assurance Engineer Milyli Employee Review

Great team, great c-suite. Looks out for employees and maintains a family-like work environment

No dedicated Remote work option when I was there but I've heard this has changed.

I really enjoyed working at Milyli and ended up making a lot of friends there. The work was challenging and in an interesting industry. They had a lot of fun quarterly outings and weekly happy hours. I really liked that they offered free lunches that were cooked fresh every day. The commute was easy for me since it is close to both the blue and green lines. I also drove a few years while working there since there was street parking and cheap nearby parking lots. The best benefit they offered, in my opinion, was a great health insurance packages.

One of the few drawbacks I can think of is that they offer no 401k matching and lacked in a few other benefits as well. I would have also liked a better remote work policy.
