Pros

If you enjoy occasionally free lunches, work here.

Cons

- Poorly structured management - Disregard for workplace safety - Tolerance for workplace harassment - Toxic environment in multiple capacities Was excited to work here once upon a time. Quickly learned that my motivation to learn/grow professionally wasn’t appreciated. While I can’t speak to the other locations, my mental health suffered tremendously because of Milwaukee Valve in Sauk Prairie, and their choice to employ unskilled scum. I was a solid employee who took on extra work willingly, accountable, and promoted company goals/safety. I was still subjected to verbal (not constructive) criticism, personal attacks, bullying, and exclusion. Do not work here. Don’t tell yourself my review is just a “one off” and it’s probably fine here….it’s not. Don’t give any part of yourself to this company. Your skills will be valued, supported and compensated fairly for-elsewhere. Run. Away.

Pros

Family based company that takes pride in its employees and the work they do. Exciting to work for a company the provides products to the Department of Defense. Great benefit package for full-time employees.

Cons

Tough labor market, ability to work OT which can be great for extra money, however the hours are needed an average of 3 weeks a month.

Pros

Good opportunity for advancement. Great coworkers. Approachable senior management.

Cons

Salaries are close to median, but median doesn't keep the top talent.
