Pros

I've worked at Milwaukee Tool for 15 years, and it has been an incredible journey filled with amazing opportunities that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. The people here are truly exceptional, fostering an amazing culture that is fast-paced, focused on the end user, driven to achieve great things. Milwaukee Tool's relentless investment in developing new technologies and dedication to the user ensures that we deliver innovative and disruptive solutions to the market. This has been core to achieving and maintaining our position as a global leader in solutions for the construction industry. The empowerment and support from the leadership team are outstanding, creating phenomenal growth opportunities that lead to both personal development and advancement. Milwaukee Tool is dedicated to continuous improvement, and employee feedback is not only listened to but expected, making it a dynamic and engaging place to work. I look forward to the next 15 years with Milwaukee Tool, confident that we will continue to pave the way for the industry through new solutions and technologies. If you're looking for a workplace that values innovation, growth, and employee input, Milwaukee Tool is the place to be.

Cons

For me there aren't really any cons - the work environment is dynamic and fast paced, the expectations are high, and there are new ambiguous challenges that the organization is faced with every year. These may not be for everyone, but they're a core part of what I want from an employer.

Pros

Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

Cons

Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
