Underwhelming salary Unrealistic expectations from management Management will promote a problem rather than address it accordingly Must drink koolaid to climb the promotional ladder Upper management lacks perspective and views field sales reps as numbers. They are so obsessed with beating the competition, they forget they employ human beings trying to take care of their families

Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

Cons

Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
