      - Many Company sponsored events/Team buildings - Very cool and innovative products - Very low healthcare costs to employee - Management encourages open dialogue with them and are very willing to help

      Cons

      - Company has been habitually understaffed (from high growth over past 10+ years) which has lead to many overworked employees - Many projects heavily involved with Chinese manufacturers, so weekly or biweekly calls at night or early in the morning - Aggressive schedules can lead to long hours - Work-Life balance is difficult - 4% 401K match (below average) - No Paternity Leave - Only 6 Weeks Maternity leave
