      Lots of politics when it comes for promotions. You have to suck up to hiring managers to get the job. no commission structure.

      Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

      Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
