      There's no where to go but up you can slack off if you want. There's a Tim Hortons nearby.

      Cons

      No hope of raises No hope of promotion work culture that is very Do as you're told, not welcoming of new ideas the company is further degrading due to very poor decisions by Family owners.

      Pros

      LOW pay, very if any training, INCOMPETENT management, archaic business model, eroding benefit package. They treat their employees like GARBAGE. They violate many labour laws and take advantage of student workers. They don't pay overtime and mess up your taxes every year GUARANTEED.

      Cons

      Flexible schedule, that's about it.
