Pros
excellent salary and bonus plan, above average benefits that include profit sharing and beautiful, well maintained office space. Employee activities budget is generous. If you are satisfied and motivated by money alone, your needs will be met.
Cons
All of the pros lend itself to a sterile environment, coworkers are skeptical and unwelcoming of new hires, business units are segregated. The bonus program is tied directly to accomplishments and to meet goals and objectives excessive overtime is often required.
