Pros
You are pretty much allowed to do whatever you want. The DON just sits in her office all day unless forced yes I said has to be forced to work the floor and help the nurses and aides.
Cons
Management does nothing but sit on their phones or in their offices and pretend to work while at the same time yelling at floor staff to get certain things done immediately and says if you need anything ask for help but when you ask they make up stuff they are busy doing or want to know why you are so lazy and cant get your work done when that its totally them.
