Free training, hours always available, management is supportive, after time you can get your QMA and might qualify for tuition assistance to get a nursing degree, good sick day policy
Cons
Equipment breaks often, clean water pitches aren't always available, 20-40 resident load per person, not given enough time to give quality care to residents and complete legal requirements by yourself, nurses don't always do their jobs, pay is too low
