Leadership fails to take accountability for their own shortcomings. If you hit a roadblock, you better figure it out yourself because they’re not able to provide true guidance or training. “Loyalty” to the company means turning a blind eye to the weaknesses as long as that is what keeps you on leadership’s good side.
