Awful mangament, major nepotism in the workplace. The technology is incredibly old fashioned. I have applied everything to the best of my knowledge during the tax season bit it was still not enough according to the partner because my work was still returned back to me. I even went back to discuss this with the client and the client agreed with my initial judgement.
The partners presume that your stupid and assume your not doing your job. When I left one of the partners told me that I'm the type of person who should just be a bookkeeper for a living and I'm a CPA! Very offensive treatment which was below the belt and should not have been said. A good employer is someone who encourages others not put them down but not at MKA.
Did I also mention that the pay is terrible? And the OT is a joke. There is no career growth there. Dont even take this job even if your desperate for work, just keep looking. You'll save yourself the time and drama.
