HR is phenomenal and personable. Wendy Eddy is a delight to work with and is willing to teach.

Unfortunately the branch I was at didn’t succeed and the doors closed. But no real cons.

Job security, stable hours, and the people you work with are nice. All in all it's a great place to work but in most branches, not a place to make it a career.

No room for advancement once you become a crew leader. There is no such thing as a yearly raise unless you ask.
