At Miller Castings you have great opportunities to grow professionally if you know the right people. Good benefits but that's about it.

Cons

Under qualified management. They imply the "Fear of God" feeling upon employees. Communication is very bad and employees are not recognized. Family runs the company, so everyone thinks they deserve to be respected like they own the place.
