Pros

Experiencing a really really bad employer (which is what Millennium Point is) so you know what to avoid in future.

Cons

The Executive Management who are generally lacking in all people management skills and once they take a dislike to someone will make life impossible.

Pros

Millennium Point is a dynamic workplace with a lot of interesting projects to work on. The team, while small, are all friendly and tries to support each other where possible. The work is quite varied, and the building has previously hosted royal visits, parliamentary leaders, film festivals, esports tournaments, internationally touring art exhibitions and commonwealth games teams to name a few. The benefits package is brilliant for a company of this size with core benefits which include Perkbox, 25 days annual leave plus birthday and bank holiday off, flexible working and a budget for training and development.

Cons

Being a small organisation there is a lot less room for progression. They do reward you for loyalty but there is a point where you will hit a ceiling. Work/life balance can sometimes be out of kilt with some busier periods requiring longer working days and weekend.
