#1 Con is Ian Malpass. The term CON really fits him well. The only reason that there's "yes" men is because everyone is petrified and scared. Notice the words "walking on eggshells" in many other reviews. It's not a lie. Millennium Mat Company has been stealing money from Cintas since the beginning. Shame on Cintas for not noticing (or turning their back). Maybe they're just happy growing their business off the backs of abused employees and getting their products at cost. Also take note of the HR references from other reviews. Totally shady and uncaring. And talk about unprofessional. No redeeming qualities found there. Hey Cintas, it's time that you conduct a full and complete financial audit of Ian and Company. Start from day one (focus especially in the late 90's to 2012ish. I've seen and heard it all. It's the ugly truth but someone has to bring it forth. I guess it's time to install a couple of moles into the organization. Otherwise, you'll never get the truth. Serious;y, you have to question why the ridiculously heavy turnover. I suppose those individuals weren't the right fit.....they were honest, hard working, decent people. Be careful after you leave. Millennium will try to bring you down. Wake up Cintas....Wake up!
