Company sponsored trips, outings, ongoing education are just a few things that set Millennium apart. The employees as a whole embrace the spirit of innovation and are proud to be employed there.
Cons
Millennium is not for everyone. It epitomizes work hard play hard. When the situation calls for extra time or effort, that is what is expected. As with any company there are things that could be better. Communication can sometimes be a problem.
