Pros
Good wet weather gear provided although we had to wait 6+ months for it new staff will have access to it straight away.
Cons
Constantly understaffed. They never roster on enough riders and several people call in sick everyday resulting in a very poor experience for the delivery riders. Riders are moved around to different hubs mid shift. You can be sent from Mossman to newtown in one shift. New riders are paid substantially less than older riders due to their new contract ($5ph). They barely roster on any casuals and it's very hard to get shifts.
