Pros
Milk is a creative place to work k with an open environment. Good free snacks and coffee. Great brand reputation, with access to clients. For a small agency, I had a good work life Balance and a suprinsingly competitive salary.
Cons
When I worked there, I saw a lot of young people who spent time gossiping, unmanaged because the more senior people seemed too busy doing work. Milk attracts a lot of fashion cool kids, but none of them really seemed interested in the business of marketing and were clearly in the wrong place and unhappy (as proven by the reviews here).
