Pros
The teamwork and family style work envoirnment used to be there, but there was a mass exiting of personnel when they announced the move from DC to Norfolk for all employees.
Cons
They haven't kept their word with incentives for employees that stuck around when everyone quit. Most original employees gone, leaving huge work load behind.
