Everything. The company advertises a relaxed environment focused on strong “work families” and then they treat you like a number. They only care about the bottom line and lying to their residents. They encourage you not to speak with residents until absolutely necessary and they have a despicable corporate office. They work employees to death, encourage you to be accessible 24/7 and MAKE you install Outlook on your personal phone to have access to email on days off, volunteer any employees who live on property to do maintenance or babysit vendors off the clock WITHOUT PAY and give no warning if performance is under the mark it needs to be.
