The #1 problem at the Arsenal 201 property is the management team. The management there didn't manage, they sat in their offices all day and only sent passive aggressive emails and IMs. If it wasn't for the other leasing agent there with me, who quit a short period after, I wouldn't have made it as long as I did. I dreaded going to work everyday after receiving several rude e-mails between the hours of 10PM-2AM. If i asked a manager for help, that manager would put it off to the other manager, and then that manager would either never get back to me, tell me they didn't know how to do it, or would ask me to wait the following day for the other leasing agent. Truthfully I've worked for one other company that I didn't enjoy, hence how I got here, but even then I'd never write a bad review about them. That's how awful this team is.
