You get a lot of hours, and the work is pretty consistent.
Cons
There is obvious favoritism between the supervisors, leads, and associates, which leads to time off requests being denied in favor of others.

Compensation is great
People are awesome
Lots of perks like educational reimbursement and volunteer work
Lots of focus on safety, very few incidents
HSA and company match benefits
Upper management is wonderful and engaging
Cons
Work/Life Balance gets a one star rating
Vehemently against remote and hybrid work. Says that working in the office is vital to creating relationships even though we all stay in our cubicles and all of the meetings are on Teams
Middle management seems checked out
Lots of peer pressure to work in office even when sick. Nobody is asked to go home if they come in hacking up a lung. Very few feel like they have the freedom and ability to take advantage of their vacation time. Over working yourself is seen as a value here, but isn't recognized as going above and beyond. It's an expectation.
Seasonal whiplash - mandatory OT in the summer months, followed by hours possibly getting cut back in the winter months
