Pros

The clientele is amazing! The therapists on the medical side have truly shown that they care about everyone who walks through the doors of this company. The director of operations is an incredibly talented and amazing person. It is rare to see someone who has so much integrity and milestone is beyond lucky they stick around when they have far better and less stressful opportunities available to them. Great staff overall who just require proper training and guidance.

Cons

Owmer openly admits to posting fake reviews to boost likability. Overworked with no end in sight. Leadership team ignores the issues and never comes to an actual solve for anything brought to their attention. Focused on adjusting policies and procedures and they do not respect or care for the team members who actually put in all the work. Admin is treated like second class citizens. You are not allowed to have your own opinions even when leadership team asks for them. Its a cult mentality, and the management team is not qualified. The structure gives zero support to anyone who works regardless of your seat. Therapist, BCBA, RBT, billing, managers and admin are constantly wanting to escape this rigorous regime. Regardless of the issue you will be ignored and unfortunately there has been little to no improvement as leadership team is the issue and refuse to take responsibility or change to improve the environment they created by playing favorites. Leadership talks negatively about past employees very openly. Extremely unprofessional owner who has multiple HR complaints on a daily basis. Drama filled environment with no repercussions for the actions of favorites deemed worthy by leadership. Leadership team sees the kids as money bags. You will be used, abused and discarded the moment you inform leadership team of how to do things cheaper. Targeting employees they do not feel fit in with their own narcissistic mentality. Lack of training, they believe everything is to be documented including how they process insurance and document visits which should be considered unethical.
