Pros
Honestly, can't think of a single one. Some people were nice. But most seemed pretty worn down by their daily life at this place.
Cons
Deceptive hiring practices, total lack of communication, no 401(k) to speak of and totally terrible benefits package with a ninety day hold, FOUR paid holidays all year and next to nothing PTO for new employees, outdated office equipment and gross office space in general. Management requests employees account for every minute of their day in a spreadsheet, but insist they do not "micromanage." This company takes advantage of eager individuals who wish to leave service or retail industry jobs for a "professional" environment, who do not realize that most companies take care of their employees, hire from within, and generally act with some trace of business acumen. The turnover rate here is off the charts, no one I met lasted over a year. Two enthusiastic thumbs down.
