Pros
Anyone can qualify for a contract position at Milestone. Their screening is minimal so if you don't have much experience but want to get into IT, this is your IN.
Cons
Milestone does not care about you. They care that you turn your time cards in on time, that's about it. They will not help you in your career and they will NOT pay you a fair wage. Shady negotiation tactics combined with an already shady "contracting" labor market makes Milestone an awful employer to be with.
If you have any ambition at all, work somewhere else.
