      - beautiful view from Sydney office - team are capable - managers are nice and professional

      Cons

      - conservative to use new technologies. Especially the java stack looks a little outdated. They are trying to upgrade right now

      Pros

      Good management Reasonable Goals Fair Pay My time at Milestone Group was good for my career, it was also a fun time.

      Cons

      I really don't have many cons. The offices were nice, I think the location could have been in a better spot. I think some of the management had a chip on their shoulder, but most were good.
