Pros

People are Friendly and respect one another at work Company has a proven track record

Cons

Some Managers will never admit fault and will lie to protect their jobs Upper management only listens to managers, and only pretends to listen to field personnel. Direct Quote from Owner" If you want to make money? Go out and sell something, If Your not Making money I will find people who will!" Sounds like a car lot. There are people who have to sell to make a paycheck. Not a win, for the customer. If the customer needs service and or parts of course it is a win. But when the customer seems to need parts at every visit? not a Win... Managers only go in the field if there is a very disgruntled customer. A bad Customer is more valuable than a good employee. for field service personnel they have to sell to make a living. and the only people who have the opportunity to sell Equipment are those chosen by management. their buddies.... Managers promise Nate certification training. I was there over 2 Years and I was never sent to a Manufacture sponsored training. Expensive Benefits, no matching on any type of retirement savings .Some Managers will lie to protect their jobs and put Awful customers before awesome field employees

Pros

Good benefits, decent office environment. Some leadership genuinely cares about your development and work life balance.

Cons

There is always "fat trimming" and budget cuts. There have been several rounds of layoffs which included employees who had great performance and weren't offered another option. If you're a part of certain departments, you're safe, but everyone else seems to be pretty disposable.
