1) Knowledge less employees are rewarded with awards and recognition.
2) Managerial especially management level decisions are based humors spread in the organisation.
3) Employees with negligible mistakes are treated like they have done a crime (that is the worst part decision management employees take)
4) There are no room to improves the mistake even the same is admitted by the employees itself as management do not give change to employees to improves their mistake they did even the same is accepted by the employees
5) In this Organisation, knowledge able employees are treated like they management has negative perception that they are over smart.
6) Only the employees which apply butter to top management are actually rewarded and are provided with the best opportunities even though they hardly have any knowledge.
