Pros
I initially was a client of Miles Technologies for 16 years before coming to work here. I can honestly say the business practices, integrity, teamwork and culture are outstanding on both sides of the door. The environment is filled with stress relievers (stocked kitchen, gym, games, and lounge), as well as the abundance of teamwork. At any given time, someone will assist with a question or issue, regardless of their department or position. This starts from the top with Chris Miles. It is a testament to the company to have employees still here who started when Chris first launched Miles Technologies (and when I first became a client). I stated when I was being interviewed that I could guarantee that I would learn something new everyday I walked in the door to Miles Technologies. The only falsehood to that statement is that I learn more than just something new each day. Kudos!

My 40 minute commute each way to and from work. But, it is worth it.
