Pros
1. The company has a fully stocked refrigerator where employees can go and make a snack or a sandwich. 2. People are encouraged to get certifications and further education. 3. The environment in general now feels more relaxed after the president modified the dress code as well as the need to clock in and out to every task. 4. There's flexibility in using one's vacation days and/or overtime.
Cons
1. There's little room for promotions and movement within the company. 2. Below-average starting salary that only marginally improves every year. 3. Poor-performing computers for an IT company. 4. A number of the web-based applications that the company produces sometimes require an unnecessary learning curve. For example, what can be done in two steps using any other commercially available application takes five with what they have developed.
