You learn how to do multitasking. You are hired for sales and marketing and you are supposed to handle each and everything for the branch.

Expats are treated as bonded labours. The passport gets seized by the employer. If there is any loss in branch or theft the branch manager is wholly responsible, where as the top management sitting in lagos are there only to make things worse for the branch managers.No respect for employees. I worked for them for 3 years. I was posted in northern nigeria and the company did not paid any heed on my status of living. I was not even provided with even a proper furnished house. I was requesting the GM and HR but to no avail. The worst part was that when I wanted to travel on emergency the management asked me to tender my resignation. So that they dont have to pay me my three months salary.

The company is into trade and investment so they are more accounting staffs than other department. Application such as ERP is the major platform for sales, finance, HR, investment and trade module in the company.

The company is competitive and steep learning curve if new to working in an accounting firm as there are many regulations to comply with.
