      Good co-workers. Decent office. Mostly not that hectic. But it does get hectic on the weekends.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Rotating week offs, meaning you will have to on weekends. Compensation is pretty low if you are in the tech or product team. Lateral movement is pretty difficult
