Managers intensely obsessed with social media presence. Single bad review mentioning you as an employee can literally get you fired! I learned the hard way... Managers also obsessed with giving a fine-dining experience when customers don't even want that, they have told me to my face that they like Mike's CASUAL vibe and COMFORT FOOD.
