      Alright medical and they do some fun events. The 401k program is alright too and can contribute pretty early on.

      Cons

      Awful management that likes to micro manage and treat you like a child. The environment created makes people untrusting of each other.

      Pros

      Hours of operation are pretty good. Managers buy lunch for sales team occasionally.Taking time off usually is not a problem.

      Cons

      Too many Sales people on the floor. No Gross to be made on Trailers Sales side. You can sell 5 Trailers & not make any commission. Monthly Sales goals are unachievable with current interest rates/foot traffic. The only way to make any money is by getting an Internet Sales position.
