Poor Management - Administrative Assistant Mike Rovner Construction Employee Review

Management is a joke. There a different sets of rules for cliques in the company. The Construction department senior management has no clue on how to manage it's employees or time. Multitasking is not the Senior PM's strong point and you are expected to babysit adults and make sure they get their job done while you have to do yours. There is no "Unity, Teamwork or Integrity" in that department.
