Pros

Its okay pay With Bonuses during Tax season Feb-April.

Cons

But after that -its just $15hr answering calls. OMG you gotta answer calls in less than 1 full ring! If not your going to get in trouble. And if some how if you get moved up from answering calls, they have you doing everything else for the same pay. Your doing Underwriting work for $15hr working on Saturdays. w/30 min lunches ...They're taking full advantage of young people that don't know their work value elsewhere which is over 50k yearly at any other financial institute doing Underwriting. Oh and Mondays you CANT take a lunch..You work through it & eat at your desk while answering calls ect...The Restroom situation is a JOKE Down stairs..You'll find out if you make the mistake working for them...Its starts off with a weird interview first they have you sit down with a Rep and listen to calls for 30mins before they even speak with you.

Pros

The people were nice and friendly.

Cons

Low base pay ($14/hr) Only way to increase pay is if the entire production floor meets metrics, then they up your pay to around $19/hr If you miss a day of work, they fine you $200 off your next check where you earn a bonus. Absolutely horrendous training program consisting of shadowing agents before you have any information to work with and very low quality "training videos" consisting of unmoderated ZOOM or TEAMS meetings covering a version of the CRM software that's been modified for a completely different company. They expect you to have learned everything you need to know by the 2nd day you walk in the door with a very uncomfortable "questionairre" They don't let you fill out actual new hire paperwork such as an I-9, W-4, or Direct Deposit form, presumably until they put you in production, so they don't have to pay you when you realize it's a terrible place to work.
