      Pros

      Great Project, well divided steps, people willing to teach.

      Cons

      Bad management system (Shotgun/Shotgrid), with many problems for Pipeline Support to resolve for all departments. Problems with remote access tools (NoMachinne and Anydesk). Windows without a license on the machines. Managers who don't know how to communicate and charge at all times. Weekend jobs that are not in the contract.

      Pros

      Producers and directors are always willing to help out and troubleshoot, which is a plus. Feedback on animated shots usually come back very quickly

      Cons

      The workload was a lot for me personally, but I was able to adapt to it after a month.
