Pros
I love Mightier! I joined as a contractor a little over a year ago and became full time 2021. The leadership team is amazing, they encourage a test and learn environment. They understand that we will not always get everything right but we will always continue to try and stretch our capabilities. The entire team has a heart of gold starting with the CEO. I have never met a group of people that care so much about the work we do and the kids and families we support. Because the team is still small, you have the amazing opportunity to be involved with things far beyond your normal job scope. I have learned so much while expanding my role and skill set. Everyone is always willing to help you out or volunteer when needed. What I like most about Mightier is how honest they are not only with our employees but with our community as well. I am so proud to work with such a highly empathetic group of extremely talented people.
Cons
There are pros/cons to working at any company. I honestly enjoy my work so much I have little to say on the cons. We are a start-up, you need to be able to work quickly, pivot when needed and learn to do things you might have no clue about BUT, I love all of that.
