Strict office hours until 5pm. Owner will many times make you stay way past office close for help. Owner is rarely available during the day. You will wear many hats as it is a small company. Owners way or the highway. Very self-righteous. Upper management very immature. Won’t speak to you once you quit. They can’t keep employees longer than 6 months. Strictly no hybrid or flexible work options. In office 24/7. 15 days PTO. I could go on and on. I would not work here.
