Pros
- Good compensation, you always get paid an amount that you will be happy with. - You ideas will always be listened - It's easy to talk with anybody in the company, they are very kind, smart and geeky - As it is a product company, there is little pressure. If you took more time than estimated in a reasonable way, there is zero problem - The people in charge really cares about you - Problem-solving oriented work - Technical challenge - Basically you can propose anything and if it's a good idea, you can implement it
Cons
- There is some technical debt, specially in the front-end, but was due to the fast growth and is being payed very fast - It's expected that you be very independent and being able to solve problems by yourself. You will always receive help when you ask for, but if you are used to the slow pace of big companies, maybe Mifiel it's not what you need.
