Nothing at all TBH.. I don't have any cons to mention at all :) I cant think of any because they are perfect in everything I feel..

You got a job that pays

-You are expected to be working OT or else you’d be frowned upon. -Still work at the office even during covid and while the work can be done from home. -Very micromanage type of environment, management looking at your metrics twice a day. -Long probation period, 6 months. -Unethical recruitment process (just like any other temp agency I assume), only care about closing deals. -Very comission based, don’t expect to make whatever they tell you on your first 3 years. -Outdated ATS system. -HIGH TURNOVER, seen people come and go during my short period in there.
