      You get your birthday off with pay.

      Confusing office environment. They had 6 different job descriptions for the same position, and oddly enough, HR didn't even possess any of those job descriptions. The company executives have no sense of humor at all and really have a dislike for anyone that does. Owners pay themselves well but line staff are paid a pretty low wage for the expectations that are placed on them. Medical benefits were horrifically over-priced because, as a small company, they have no volume to get a price break. Work every weekend.

      This job lead me to a job I actually enjoy.

      Cons

      The upper management only cares for themselves. They will hold lower level employees to specific rules but then don't follow them theirselves. The corporate office is basically high-school drama all over again. Remind you that 90% of the people who work in the corporate office are 50+ yet Act like 18 year olds with entitlement issues.
