      -Cash tips -Simple work -other employees are usually cool

      Cons

      -management is god awful -you’ll be asked to pick up or switch shifts with very little notice -base pay is less than minimum wage, so if you have a slow day you’re not making any money

      They have great communication with employees

      They will change your schedule without notice sometimes. So, you need to check two hours ahead of your scheduled site.
