      Pros

      There is no value working. The value comes from what you can do afterwards. There is one thing I do value though. Some of the leadership has helped in hard times and its moderate to have someone like that.

      Cons

      Pay improvement. Other company's for armed guards base pay is typically around $18 hourly or higher pay.

      Since i have been with company I have nothing but positive things to say . Everyone in an upper management has been very professional and very informational. The job always gets done as well as they are family oriented .

      Pros

      On time at locations. Always aware. Helpful when needed. Answer the phone when needing contacted. Do good at checking the buildings and making rounds outside. Help with customers needing in and out of the building. Respectful to everyone on site. Focused on the job. Making sure everyone is safe and leaves before leaving site
